Bree joined First Rate Financial after spending 18 years in corporate sales and marketing roles. She brings a unique set of skills to lending, including relationship marketing, problem solving, and strategic thinking. Bree’s passion is to go above and beyond the regular duties as a Loan Officer and help borrowers achieve financial success, regardless of their situation and circumstance.

Whether it’s helping clients get the financing to purchase a new home or refinancing an existing mortgage, Bree thrives on service, and focuses on ensuring her customers feel comfortable and at ease. She guides them step-by-step throughout the mortgage process, from the application to the closing. And most important of all, she is committed to helping families as long as it takes to get them into homeownership.

Outside the office, Bree enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Born and raised in Alaska, she is passionate about community and inclusion and enjoys participating in local events. When she is not eating at the best culinary destination or enjoying a good bottle of wine, you can find her camping on a beautiful summer weekend, cheering on her children, and spending time with others. Bree loves people and has never met a stranger!

She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Nevada, and is also a Court of Masters Level 1 Wine Sommelier.
