Melissa is a lifelong Alaskan, born and raised in Anchorage. She enjoys traveling abroad, but her life in Alaska is most important. Her passions include fishing, camping, berry picking, cooking, and snowboarding. She bought her first house when she was just 20 years old and has been interested in real estate ever since; she now owns multiple properties in the Anchorage area and has experience in the rental market. Since joining First Rate in 2018, Melissa started as a Loan Processor and moved her way up to a Loan Originator.
