Michael Foster has called Alaska home since 2007, though his family’s connection to the state began in the late 1980s. Embracing the unique Alaskan lifestyle, he is passionate about helping others find their place in this remarkable state. Guided by his motto, “Inspire, don’t expire,” Michael is dedicated to empowering others and approaching every opportunity with purpose.

Before becoming a mortgage lender with First Rate Financial, Michael honed his skills in restaurant and operations management, developing a strong foundation in customer service. Now, he uses that expertise to guide clients through the homebuying process, whether they’re purchasing their first home, upgrading, or relocating to Alaska. Outside of work, Michael enjoys quality time with his wife and two children, traveling (especially to Arizona and Hawaii), and staying active with golf and pickleball, where his competitive spirit shines.
