With over two decades in the mortgage industry, I bring a wealth of experience, passion, and energy to First Rate Financial. I started my journey in 2002 as a loan processor, moved quickly into originating, grew my production to the top 1% in the nation, and became one of the proud owners of First Rate Financial in 2018. Along the way, I discovered a deep love for the relationship-driven and educational aspects of the mortgage business, focusing on empowering clients with knowledge and confidence.

During my time in production, I specialized in working with investors, helping them navigate the complexities of financing income properties and building wealth through real estate. Beyond the day-to-day, I’ve found joy in public speaking, teaching, and sharing insights about mortgages and financial literacy. For over five years, I co-hosted an AM radio show, connecting with a wide audience and delivering practical advice with an entertaining twist.

Born and raised in Alaska, my roots are grounded in the great outdoors. I grew up rafting rivers, fly fishing, hiking, and camping—experiences that taught me resilience and the value of preparation, which I bring to my daily work. Today, my passion for travel and community drives me to connect with people across the country, sharing my expertise and enthusiasm for homeownership and financial education.
