Eva Archuleta Headshot
Hello, welcome to my page.

Eva has spent the last 19 years in the real estate and lending industry. She started out as an admin, supporting a real estate team and obtained her Real Estate License in 2005 to be able to function as support in a higher capacity. She has been a Transaction Coordinator for a couple of real estate teams over the years and also worked independently as well. She lived in Fairbanks for 6 years and gained her experience in the lending world there where she worked as a Processor and Junior Loan Officer. Her love for people, structure and organization is what keeps her loving this field, the fact that every day is different and new is also refreshing!

Eva has been working with Nicole the last 5 years while she worked on a real estate team in the Valley. 2 years ago she decided that the distance was too great so she teamed up with her FOR LIFE! She could not be more excited about the opportunity to grow and learn with First Rate Financial.

Eva just got married last year to her husband Josh. At home Eva lives a very wild and crazy life, while order and organization are extremely important to her she has learned that with 5 (1000) kids in the house there are some things that just have to be let go of. So, she enjoys long walks on the beach in Hawaii, visiting with friends and family, doing laundry, helping with homework, hollering, reading, vamping, kayaking, mowing the lawn, organizing and labeling things, putting toilet paper on the roll the right way, and last but not least – bossing people around!
