Julie hails from the great state of South Dakota. After studying commercial aviation at UND, she became distracted by an Alaska pirate (fisherman) and said YES to making Alaska her new home. She has since grown to love and appreciate the unique opportunities and beauty Alaska has to offer, and feels fortunate to now be raising her three daughters on the famous Kenai Peninsula.

Julie spent several years as a real estate agent on a top-producing team in Alaska. After taking a break from the field, she decided to come back as a loan originator. Her attention to detail and aptitude for finding solutions for clients on a mission to purchase or refinance real estate, make her ideally suited for the lending industry. Above all else, Julie has a massive heart for her clients, and respects their goal of home-ownership like it’s her own personal goal.
