I am the Processing Manager at First Rate Financial. I joined the team in December 2020 and still feel so grateful each day to hang my hat with this amazing group of professionals! After spending a decade in the commercial insurance industry, I was ready for a change. I craved an opportunity to help people on a more personal level, and each day our team has the honor of helping individuals and families achieve their dream of home ownership.

In my career thus far, my passion lies in helping teams refine communication, discover efficiencies, and build value together. I am most inspired when our team is working together to problem-solve and innovate. As an empathetic leader and a lover of systems and order, I strive to always keep the personal elements in mind when coaching team members and encouraging them to embrace change. At First Rate, I have been honored to have the opportunity to have a positive impact on my team members, and feel fulfilled when I witness us having a positive impact together.

I am originally from Florida and graduated from the University of Florida in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Communication Studies. I followed my husband to his home state of Alaska in 2012, and am thrilled to call this beautiful state our home. It is here that we are raising our family and spending as much time outdoors together as possible.

In my eyes, First Rate Financial stands apart from other organizations because of our team. I have never worked with a group of people more aligned in their vision of enjoying life!
