Ro began her journey in the mortgage industry in 2021 as a loan officer assistant. Through her passion for problem solving and puzzles, she discovered a love for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. Ro quickly mastered the intricacies of her role, and became a licensed loan officer within a couple of months after joining the industry. She has since built a reputation as a curious problem solver who can see through even the most complex financial challenges.

In her personal life, Ro spends most of her time training for world speed jigsaw puzzling competitions, channeling her love of puzzles into a competitive edge. When she isn’t working on jigsaw or work puzzles, Ro and her husband enjoy playing complex, strategic board games, traveling, and taking scenic walks with their dog.
