Originally from Russia, Slavik considers himself a lover of philosophy, avid reader and self-improver. When he’s not writing loans, you can catch Slavik training for his next Ironman (running, biking, swimming) or enjoying one of the many outdoor activities Alaska has to offer.

Prior to real estate/finance Slavik graduated with an undergraduate degree in Political Science and International Relations while serving within the Intelligence field in our military. Several years of service and entrepreneurial ventures later, Slavik joins the finance team at First Rate Financial to offer his expertise in all things mortgage.
